Under the terms of the contract signed with Eurocopter-Deutschland (ECD) on 6 November 1995, a total of 900 sets (700 sets+200 sets optional) of EC-135 rear doors and engine cowlings, using mainly composite raw material, are being manufactured at TAI’s facilities as sole source. With the new order of 72 sets, received in 2008, the total number of orders reached 735 sets. As of 7 April 2008, delivery of 627 sets was completed.
